Our recruitment strategy is aimed at the successful search of the best candidates in the legal market. Methods or mixture of methods we use are based on individual needs and specifics of every client. The principal methods we use include:

Executive Search

This involves extensive research into the market and the identification of suitable candidates within target companies and firms. This generates a "long list" of candidates whom are pre-screened for the role tete-a-tete.  Based upon these results, a “short list” of candidates will be presented to you.

Database Selection

Our extensive networking activities with lawyers continually updates our database.  We will find suitable candidates for the position and after a detailed discussion of the role and their motivation to fill it, we will present their CVs to you.  All the candidates are pre-screened and pre-interviewed.

General Advice

We are also ready to provide you with advice on salaries, departmental structuring, or legal recruitment feasibility.  We are well-placed, through our own experience and insight to advise, and if we think something is impractical we will not be afraid to tell you.
